Part Four
The Shape Underneath All Five
Look back over everything you have just read, across all five doctrines, and notice a pattern worth naming before you move on, whichever way you are currently leaning. The partial preterist case, across all five doctrines, holds two things at once: something real has already happened, and something real is still coming — the same already-and-not-yet structure Part One showed you governing the kingdom itself. Whether that pattern is the New Testament's own consistent shape, genuinely present verse after verse, or whether it is a compromise that only looks consistent because it was built to answer both the dispensationalist and the full preterist case at once, is exactly the question the fuller argument in Part Six is going to let you test for yourself, doctrine by doctrine, rather than take on this book's word for it here.
